Returns & warranty

We have been building and selling specialty parts and kits since the 1980s. All of our products are custom-made for your year, make, and model. Once an order is placed we allocate materials, machine time, and labor specifically for your vehicle.

Because of that custom work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error on your order, we will repair or replace the item at no charge. The motto has always been simple: make it right.

A note about past communication

A few years ago we had serious problems with order handling and returned calls. Those issues were caused by an employee who was not processing orders or forwarding messages. That situation was fully resolved several years ago and has not recurred.

If you need an update, open a ticket or leave a voicemail with your number and the year / make / model. We will get back to you. He works from messages — he does not pick up live.

Warranty and defects

TRM locking hub kits carry a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from excessive use or abuse, including:

• Leaving the hubs engaged for long periods
• Driving on dry pavement with the hubs locked in
• Skipping regular greasing

Other parts and rebuilds are covered for manufacturing defects and workmanship. If a true problem exists, we will take care of it.

All warranty claims need a Return Merchandise Authorization number before anything is sent back. Request an RMA at (817) 429-0105 or info@therammaninc.com.
